As usual we have fresh dinner with desert made from scratch & with much fresh produce from the garden.
I don't think Sami & I have eaten that well & that much (cause of physical work) as in the last 2 months.
This place near Vancouver, the Wilderness Centre in the Rockies & the Inn near Collingwood all share owners with love for cooking & baking and some talent and experience.
